Come and look
We measure up, talk through what you want and what the room will take, then send a written price broken down by the work.

Bathrooms
Full refits, en-suites, wet rooms, cloakrooms and attic bathrooms. Stripped out, re-piped, tested and finished by the same team throughout.

Every photo is our own work. Different budgets, different sizes, same standard behind the tiling.
Send a couple of photos and rough sizes and we’ll come and price it properly.
How a bathroom runs
We measure up, talk through what you want and what the room will take, then send a written price broken down by the work.
Old suite, tiling and anything rotten underneath comes out and goes on the van. No skip parked on your street for a fortnight.
Supplies and wastes re-run, falls set, valve positions fixed, trays bedded. Pressure tested before a thing closes up.
Tile backer where it’s needed, then tiling — ours or your own tiler’s, whichever you prefer.
Suite, brassware, screens and mirrors on, wastes connected, everything run and checked again.
Siliconed, wiped down, waste taken away, and a run through of anything you need to know about the controls.

FAQs
Usually one to two and a half weeks depending on size, whether anything structural is moving and how much pipework is being renewed. You get a realistic timescale with the quote rather than an optimistic one that slips.
Yes, and it’s most of what we do here. The things worth checking early are where the soil stack runs, whether the floor joists will take a filled freestanding bath, and how much of the existing pipework is worth keeping. We look at all three on the first visit.
Yes, plenty of customers do. We do first fix, work to their dates and come back for second fix once tiling is done. We’ll coordinate it with them directly so nobody is stood about.
Either way. Some want one price for the lot, others have already picked a suite and brassware they love. Tell us which at quoting stage and we’ll price it accordingly.
Not if it’s tanked and the falls are right. That is the entire job — a properly formed fall to the drain, tanking taken up the walls, and a water test before a single tile goes on.
Often, though it depends on the soil stack position and whether the waste can keep enough fall. We’ll tell you what’s possible before you commit rather than finding out halfway through.
Yes. Hard-wearing, quick to turn round and priced with a landlord’s eye rather than a showroom’s. Tell us it’s a rental when you ring and we’ll spec it that way.
